Professor Galbraith's Article Published In Maryland Law Review; Cited In Federal Court Opinion

Associate Professor Christine Galbraith's article, "Access Denied: Improper Use of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to Control Information on Publicly Accessible Internet Websites," 63 Maryland Law Review 320 (2004), was cited recently by a federal court in the Northern District of Texas. In the opinion, her article is referenced along with pieces written by Mark Lemley (Stanford Law School) and Orin Kerr (George Washington University Law School), who are leaders in their respective fields of intellectual property and computer crime.
